What we collect
When you buy the book: your name, phone, email, address and pincode — the minimum needed to deliver it. When you upload to the Zoodle Wall: your name, email, phone, a photo of your kid's artwork, and optionally your child's first name and age. No accounts and no passwords. We use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how the site is used and how our ads perform — standard, aggregated visit statistics; nothing you type into a form is shared with them.
What we do with it
Deliver your order, send order updates (on WhatsApp only if you opt in), run the weekly contest, and email you about Volume 2 only if you signed up for that. We never sell your data. Ever.
Kids' photos
The Wall shows artwork only — we don't accept photos with children's faces, and we review every submission by hand before it appears. A parent or guardian must give consent at upload. We also strip hidden location data (EXIF/GPS) from every photo before storing it. You can ask us to take a submission down at any time and we will, quickly.
Payments
Online payments (UPI, cards, netbanking) are processed by Cashfree Payments — your card and UPI details go directly to them and are never seen or stored by us. Prefer Pay on Delivery? Then no payment information is collected at all — you simply pay when the book arrives.
